Brayden – 17 days
Posted on January 29, 2010
So here I am sitting in the house in Florida while it is so nice outside and what am I doing but work. Work never ends for me but I so enjoy every minute of it, most of the time, but not so much when my computer wants to act up on me. Oh well that’s life I guess. So Brayden joined me at my house on Sunday before I left and I hoped to post before I left but didn’t have a chance. We didn’t quite get all the poses that we wanted as Brayden just wasn’t liking the posing too much. Oh the life of being a baby model. Sometimes babies have a mind of their own and it seems impossible to get the poses as needed but of course I got some great keepers for his parents. Here are a few of my favorites from our session. I am off to St Petersburg, Florida this afternoon to start my photography conference so I hope to post a few more of our trip down here later.

Presley – New Brunswick Newborn Photographer
Posted on January 21, 2010
I had the oh so cute Presley in this morning, what a delight. We had fun trying a few new things today and here are a few samples. Although I didn’t capture the yawning picture that I wanted cause I sure tried, She had the cutest perfect yawn, full of stretching and wide open mouth, just wish I could have caught one of them. Oh well. I did get a smiling one so that helps a bit. I am sure it was just a gassy smile but it’s a smile anyways. Here is Presley, Thanks Kristen for bringing her by.

Johnathan – newborn – 7 days old
Posted on January 14, 2010
I had the pleasure of photographing Johnathan last week and I must say I so love taking pictures of newborns, they are so squishy and cuddly and always make such cute sounds. Hannah, Johnathan’s older sister was a dream and I just love the pictures of the two of them, some of my favorite sibling photos to date.
I just recently had a niece born on Monday but since she is all the way out in North Dakota, I won’t get a chance to take her pictures until she comes this way in a couple months. Hopefully she will still be tiny when she arrives so I can still get some newborn photos of her. I am leaving for Florida to visit my parents and go to a photography conference in 2 weeks from yesterday so if you have a newborn that you would like photos of before I leave, call me now to book your appointment. The best time to take newborn photos is within the first 10 days after birth as the babies are still moldable and still sleep all the time. Sleeping babies are so precious. 506-375-6856 Without further ado, here is Johnathan

The Milroy Family
Posted on January 3, 2010
While Danya was home from out west last week, I had the Immediate Milroy family up to the studio for a family photo, really it is so easy to take photos of adults as they usually know how to smile and make it easy. We had a bit of fun in the snow and in the studio. I really love using the settee out in the snow. Here is a sneak into their session.
