I was so excited to receive the call from Meredith that their third child Sawyer had been born, so I hoped in my car and did another in house session at their place at the first of July. What a cutie he is, I can’t believe how big his brother and sister are getting. So here is a sneak into their session. Enjoy.

Wow I can’t believe that Emery has been here that long already but she was born back in May and shame on me for not posting her beautiful pictures earlier. Thanks to Crystal for bringing this new bundle to me, I feel so blessed to be able to photograph newborns (one of my favs to photograph) If you are having a baby soon and would like for me to photograph your new bundle, I suggest getting a hold of me before you have the baby so we can somewhat plan on the arrival. All newborn photographs are done under 10 days old as they are the most moldable and sleepy at this time so call me as soon as the baby is here if you want a session like this. Here’s Ruby, my friend Holly and her hubby Jay had Ruby 2 months ago now but we didn’t get a chance to do a session until just recently as she was up visiting with her Family. I have known Holly for a very long time as her older sister is one of my dear friends from Kindergarten, and now Holly and my sister have become close over the past few years. I felt so blessed to do this session with Holly and Jay as I wanted them to have some nice photos for their wall of their new addition to the fam. Can I just say that I love it when a baby yawns, oh man now I’m yawning just thinking about it haha. Here are a few captures of Ruby Enjoy

Meet Miss Mya at 7 days old, what a great baby she was. She slept through all our poses that we tried and then woke up for a bit and then got tired again. Of course Auntie Amber who purchased the sessions for her brother and his soon to be wife wanted to have just one special picture with Mya and I just love this one. Of course we had to try out the new scale (well old really, but new to me)that I just bought and I just love how they turned out. Here is Mya and her loving parents. I so love the tattoo that Daddy got a few days after she was born. She is going to be a Daddy’s girl, probably already is.

I so love newborns and I have to admit this one was one of the best ones lately, Luke is the second child of my dear friend Sarah and her hubby Jeff. I have to laugh as I have never had as many props in my studio as Sarah and Jeff brought but they were oh so cute. As you can see from the family photo, they are all hockey fans. Sarah played for many years and totally loves playing. Meet Luke, such a sweet and handsome little boy and his older brother Noah, Noah was loving his little brother and I hope that these were exactly what his Mom thought of for his captures. Miss Brooklynn – 3 week 3 days

Oh Miss Brooklynn, what a handful, but such a beauty. It was really funny, we tried to do a session when she was under 2 weeks old as that is the best time for photos but when she arrived she just did not want to stop crying, come to find out she just wasn’t getting enough food. Brooklynn was a very alert baby and as soon as she was laid down she let us know she didn’t like it. Near the end we figured out she actually liked being completely naked, who knew. Usually I can sooth a baby to sleep quite quickly but Brooklynn was a bit too nosy and had to see what was going on all the time. Oh Brooklynn, what a beauty you are, I hope we get lots more chances to see you as you grow up. I am sure you will be tall like your mom based on the size of your feet and hands. Twins – Paige and Grace and Family

I was so glad to get a call from one of my past Wedding Couples who recently had twins and oh my goodness they were soooo cute and full of great chubiness, adorable. I just had to do a few naked pics at this age and I couldn’t have gotten a better pose from one of the girls wrapping her arm around the back of her sister, so cute. We of course had their older brother Jacob in a few of the pics too, you can definately tell how much he loves his sisters by always helping out and trying to get them to smile a bit. Thanks Jacob for helping out. Here is a small sneak into their session

Noah – 6 days old – Fredericton Newborn Photography

Meet little Mr. Noah, what a cutie and so tiny. I had the pleasure of joining Victoria and Matthew in their home in Fredericton last week to capture some of those first moments since little Noah arrived. The session started out great with Noah sleeping the whole time, then he woke up and we tried and tried to get him back asleep but it just didn’t work. Oh well I think we captured some great family shots. Sometimes babies have their own say as to how the session will go, even when they are 6 days old. Just to put a little plug in there, Victoria is a co-owner of Live, Love, Laugh Event Planning in Fredericton, so if you are in need of someone to plan an event like a wedding, you might want to check them out sometime as they are top notch gals. I had the privilege of capturing Christina’s baby a few months back, the other co-owner of Live Love Laugh Event Planning, you might remember Lauren and a few of the pictures with her dog Marlee. Well without further ado, here is Noah.
This shot was take to somewhat replicate a shot that Victoria had of her mom and her when she was a baby, it might not be exact to the shot but I just love how this one turned out
Little Miss Evelyn – New Brunswick Newborn Photography

Oh I was so glad to receive this call that Miss Evelyn had arrived and was ready for her pictures. We had a bit of a trying time to get her asleep but once she passed out from all the heat she was putting off, we captured some really precious ones. Although her open eyed ones are great as well. I grew up around Evelyn’s Mommy Michelle as she was a close friend of my baby sister Alicia. Thanks to your Mom Michelle for thinking of a different gift to give you when it came to your baby shower, it is so great to capture them when they are so tiny. Oh and I can’t forget Chelsea, what a cutie, thanks for helping out in the studio and getting some great shots with your new sister. Here is a sneak.
