Been way too long – Brad and Lisa are married – Fredericton Wedding Photographer

Posted on August 26, 2011

Ok so all of my posts are way overdue and I have good intentions on getting them up, so my plan is to do up a bunch of posts today and I will post a new one each day until I am finished with what I have to post. I hope you all will start checking back here over the next few weeks to see what I have been photographing over the past bit. I hope to post a collage of my grads from last year too. On with my post. Meet Brad and Lisa, they got married a while back in Fredericton and had their beautiful reception at the Kingswood Golf Course. What a great spot for a reception. Here is a sneak into their beautiful day.

One of my favs above, Jerry Ghionis inspired haha.

So a little story about these shots, Brad and Lisa had their first date at Kingswood and Brad also proposed there to her, thought it was so great to take some shots there as well, I love it when couples have some great ideas.

Mike and Jennifer – October 9 – New Richmond, Quebec

Posted on November 6, 2010

Finally I have a chance to blog one of my most memorable weddings of the year.  I travelled to New Richmond Quebec on Thanksgiving weekend to meet up with Mike and Jennifer and what a blast I had.  I couldn’t have asked for a more hospitable family and I felt like one of the family by the end of it for sure.  Well actually Friday night when I arrived to a wonderful Spaghetti dinner, I joined right into the family.  What can I say about Mike and Jen’s family, what an interesting crew that’s for sure and it made the weekend all that much better as I was away from Oliver and my hubby for 3 days.  I stayed right up until midnight on Saturday night for the party too which was a blast, I even helped the DJ out with some of my favorite songs (well actually my hubby is a BPM TV fanatic so I had quite a few great songs on my Ipod)  I was so glad to find out that Jen liked to club and dance up a storm too.  Well without further ado, here’s a sneak into Mike and Jen’s day.  Thanks guys for finding me, I hope you like what I captured for you.

Sarah and Jimmy – Sept 18, 2010 – Wedding photography Florenceville, NB

Posted on October 14, 2010

What a great day we had for Sarah and Jimmy’s wedding, it was a bit sunny which doesn’t always make it ideal for photos but I really made it work and got some great backlit photos.  Sarah and Jimmy had waited quite a while for this day to come and finally they are in the same town at the same time, such a cute couple with lots of love.  Here is a sneak into their special day.

Food and drinks by Crystal Kent catering, great food all around, definately recommend her.

Jessica and Neil are married

Posted on September 26, 2010

Wow I can’t believe how long it has been since I blogged last, I guess the 19 pictures that I post today will make up for it a bit.  Meet Jessica and Neil, now Jessica I have known each other for years and I so love their family, they are such a hospitable family and would do anything for each other. What a beautiful wedding with such great details. Jessica and Neil are so in love and I just love that infatuation that some couples have.  They couldn’t stop looking at each other and just falling for each other each moment of the day.  Thanks guys for showing me true love and how much you are meant for each other.  I hope you enjoy some of the captures from your day.

Melissa and Ellis are hitched

I had the chance to join Melissa and Ellis on their special day a few weeks ago.  I had so much fun capturing Melissa as she was a great urban bride and I loved her look.  Here is a sneak into their day

Here’s Ellis burning some rubber in his rented Mustang, he was having so much fun.

Derek and Aynslie are hitched!!

Posted on July 22, 2010

Oh I so enjoyed the day with Aynslie and Derek a few weeks ago, I had to wait to post these after they got back from their honeymoon in Alaska.  Aynslie was such a great person to work with, so organized and ready for everything, I love that about her, She had lists of paper and I had to laugh when her brother made a comment about all the trees that were used for Aynslie’s lists.   What a beautiful day we had and I felt so honored to capture these guys.  As some know Derek is a teacher at NBCC for the photography course, when they first showed up to my place to meet, I had no idea and felt a bit nervous since I am all self taught.  I hope I captured your day and got most of the pictures you wanted Aynslie and Derek, here are a few from your special day.

Miryam and Sean are married – wedding photography New Brunswick

Posted on May 3, 2010

I had the pleasure of joining Sean and Miryam at their new house a week ago and I am so glad I had the chance to join this new family as they joined together.  Miryam is originally from Columbia and met her now husband Sean at work.  What a cute and fun couple, I could tell they were so into each other and loving all the special moments from the day.  I have to tell you when I captured this first picture of Manuela, Miryam’s daughter, I didn’t notice the small tear in her eye, but  after looking at the pictures, I saw how much she loved this moment of her mom receiving her ring and just paused, how sweet is that. Here are a few other pics we took.  Love the playhouse one, they wanted a picture taken on it and I loved how it turned out.  Here is a sneak into their special day.
